Price: Rs 8.69 lakh to Rs 11.99 lakh
Citroen eC3
Price: Rs 11.50 lakh to Rs 12.13 lakh
The eC3, an electric car based on the C3 hatchback, was just released by Citroen in India. Claimed to have 320 km of range on a single charge, it is equipped with a 29.2 kWh LFP battery pack. There is only one electric motor in this vehicle, and it is located at the front. This motor generates 56 horsepower and 143 Newton-meters of torque. The maximum speed of the Citroen eC3 electric vehicle is 107 kph.
Tata Tigor EV
Price: Rs 12.49 lakh to Rs 13.75 lakh
Now, only the Tata Tigor EV, an electric vehicle, can be purchased for less than Rs 20 lakh (about $30,000). It is powered by an electric motor and a lithium-ion battery pack with a capacity of 26 kWh and an ingress protection rating of IP67. With this drivetrain, you can expect 74 horsepower and 170 Nm of peak torque. A total of 315 kilometres may be covered on a single charge, as confirmed by the ARAI.
Tata Nexon EV
Price: Rs 14.49 lakh to Rs 18.99 lakh
The Tata Nexon EV is the most popular electric SUV in India right now. It is currently offered in two trim levels (Prime and Max) and has completely transformed Tata Motors’ electric vehicle (EV) efforts in India. The lithium-ion battery pack in the Nexon EV Prime is rated at 30.2 kWh, while that in the Nexon EV Max is rated at 40.5 kWh. They have an alleged range of 312 km and 437 km on a single charge, respectively.
Mahindra XUV400
Price: Rs 15.99 lakh to Rs 18.99 lakh
Here we have Mahindra’s first mass-market electric SUV, which rounds out our lineup of all-electric vehicles. The new Mahindra XUV400 EL has a lithium-ion battery pack that can store 39.4 kWh, which should allow it to go 456 kilometres between charges. The minimum spec EC models have a 375 km range per charge thanks to their 34.5 kWh battery packs.
