Yoga guru Baba Ramdev was recently caught on video driving a brand-new luxury SUV that starts at Rs 1.41 crore and is called a Land Rover Defender.
Baba Ramdev is a yoga teacher who has made a lot of money and owns a few expensive cars. He also got a brand-new Mahindra XUV700 not too long ago. But Auto Waar now has a video of the yoga teacher driving a Land Rover Defender 130. The video was posted on their Instagram page. The SUV is painted in a color called Sedona Red and costs Rs 1.41 crore. The car looks brand new, but it’s not clear if it belongs to him or not. Land Rover’s Range Rover name is not available in India, so the Defender 130 is the top of the line. The Defender 130 is also the biggest.
People say that Baba Ramdev also owns a Land Rover Discovery, Range Rover Evoque, Mahindra Scorpio, Mahindra XUV700, and a Jaguar XJL. These cars are said to be in his workshop. The Land Rover Defender 130 comes in many different colors, including Sedona Red, Santorini Black, Yulong White, Silicon Silver, Eiger Grey, Capathian Grey, Fuji White, Gondwana Stone, Tasman Blue, Lantau Broz, Hakuba Silver, and Pangea Green. The Defender 90 and Defender 110 are two more versions of the Defender that are sold in India.
The Defender 130 can be bought with either a P400 gasoline engine or a P300 diesel engine. The P400 mild-hybrid Ingenium motor has 6 cylinders and can make up to 400 PS of power and 550 Nm of torque at its peak. Land Rover has a D300 6-cylinder diesel engine with 300 PS and 650 Nm of maximum torque that can be put in a Defender 130 if someone wants to use oil instead of gasoline.
The SUV with 8 seats is by far the roomiest three-row car on the Indian market. 340 mm have been added to its length compared to the Defender 110, which gives it more space inside. The Defender 130 also comes with a panoramic sunroof and a second sunroof above the third row of seats.
