Nissan Patrol Warrior breaches six-figure price for the first time

Nissan, in partnership with Premcar, has unveiled the formidable Patrol Warrior, a rugged and robust 4×4 vehicle that comes with significant off-road enhancements. This latest addition to the Warrior series follows in the footsteps of successful predecessors like the Navara PRO-4X Warrior and Navara SL Warrior.

The concept behind the Patrol Warrior by Premcar is rooted in responding to the demands of the Australian market. It seeks to embody what a powerful V8-driven 4×4 should be capable of in the unique and challenging Australian terrain, as stated by Bernie Quinn, the Engineering Director at Premcar.

“Australia is a unique country, with unique conditions and many highly informed new-car buyers who demand a 4WD that’s engineered for our vast and rugged landscape,” says Quinn.

The development of the Patrol Warrior by Premcar has been a meticulous process, shaped by thousands of hours of dedicated research conducted by a team of automotive industry engineering and manufacturing specialists. This collaboration underscores a commitment to meeting the specific needs of Australian drivers and conditions.

Under the factory-backed Warrior program, Nissan’s Patrols undergo a series of enhancements to elevate their off-road capabilities. The Patrol Warrior comes equipped with several upgrades, including enhanced ground clearance, larger all-terrain tires, a redesigned towbar capable of accommodating a full-size spare tire, suspension improvements, and an increased Gross Vehicle Mass (GVM).

In summary, the Nissan Patrol Warrior is a testament to the dedication of both Nissan and Premcar in catering to the demands of the Australian market, offering a robust and capable 4×4 vehicle designed to conquer the challenging and diverse landscapes of Australia.
