Based on the latest data, Maruti achieved an impressive sales figure of 13,220 units for the new Fronx model, which is based on the Baleno premium hatchback. Remarkably, it secured the 7th position among the most-sold vehicles in the country. In contrast, Tata Motors performed well too, selling a respectable 12,019 units of the Punch micro SUV. Compared to the same month last year, Tata Motors witnessed a steady 9% increase in Punch sales, selling 11,007 units in the previous year. The Fronx, however, emerged as the more popular choice, surpassing the Punch’s popularity by approximately 10%.
