Hyundai i30 Latest Update
In April of 2018, the Hyundai i30 was spotted undergoing road tests in India, not far from the manufacturer’s Chennai assembly plant. Official word on the i30’s debut in India has not yet been announced. The i30 is a more luxurious hatchback than the entry-level i20 model that Hyundai currently offers in India. The i30 was introduced to the Indian market by Hyundai at the 2016 Auto Expo. In any case, that was the second generation i30, and Hyundai has already released the third generation model everywhere.
LED headlights and daytime running lights, 17-inch alloy wheels, a panoramic sunroof, a floating 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system, a high-resolution TFT instrument cluster, a reverse parking camera, a start-stop button, an electrically adjustable driver’s seat with ten settings, heated and ventilated front seats, wireless phone charging, and more all come standard on the i30.
The i30 is available in a wide variety of 1.6-liter gasoline and diesel engines in addition to a 2-liter gasoline engine around the world. Again, it’s highly unlikely that Hyundai will bring the i30 to India, but on the off chance that they do, it’ll cost about the same as a Hyundai Creta.
