The price of a Renault Triber can range from Rs. 5.92 Lakh to Rs. 8.51 M. The engine that propels the Triber is a three-cylinder, 999 ccs, 1.0-litre gasoline unit. It has a fuel economy/mileage of 20 km/l while producing 96 Nm @ 3500 rpm in torque and 72 PS @ 6250 rpm in power.

What you see in the first picture is the usual 5-seat mode, without the last two seats, which is what Renault is promoting.

The Triber is powered by a naturally aspirated gasoline engine that is even smaller than the car itself, measuring just 1.0 litres. It will be available with either a standard manual transmission or an automatic manual transmission with five speeds by the end of the year. But the question is whether or not it can support a load of seven people. Okay, the answer is sort of yes and kind of no to that. The 71 horsepower and 96 Nm produced by the three-cylinder 1.0-litre engine are sufficient for city driving but fall short on the interstate.

The base price of a Triber is 4.95 lakhs, with the RXZ trim we tested costing 6.49 lakhs. So, you can obtain a 5+2 seat car for the same price as a fully-loaded Maruti Suzuki Wagon R.
