Maruti Suzuki has already released the Baleno CNG and the XL6 CNG, and now they’re getting ready to release the Grand Vitara CNG. Ahead of its scheduled December release, Maruti Suzuki is rumoured to be accepting preorders for the Grand Vitara CNG.

The Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara and the Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyryder are two of the newest C-segment SUVs on the market. The Grand Vitara SUV will soon have a CNG engine option, just like the Toyota RAV4. Both the Grand Vitara CNG and the Urban Cruiser Hyryder CNG will use the same engine.

We anticipate 87.83PS of power at 5500rpm from the Grand Vitara CNG’s 1.5L petrol-CNG engine and 121.5Nm of torque at 4200rpm. Since the Urban Cruiser Hyryder CNG and the Grand Vitara share a platform and an engine, we anticipate that the Grand Vitara will also provide impressive fuel economy.

LED headlights, 17-inch alloy wheels, LED tail lights, 6 airbags, reverse parking camera, ambient lighting, Arkamys sound system, 9-inch touchscreen infotainment system, wireless Android Auto, and Apple CarPlay are all features that could be found on the Maruti Nexa Grand Vitara CNG Zeta variant. The CNG versions of the Maruti Nexa might cost an extra Rs. 95,000 over the Delta and Zeta gasoline versions of the same car.
