The base Infiniti QX55 Luxe AWD model for 2022 costs $46,500. The price jumps to $51,600 if you go for the Essential All-Wheel Drive model. Price tag for the top-tier QX55 Sensory AWD model is $57,050. The $1,025 destination fee is not included in any of the listed rates.

The QX55 is powered by the same 2.0-liter VC-Turbo four-cylinder engine that produces 268 horsepower in the QX50. A CVT automatic transmission and all-wheel drive will come standard on the vehicle. Our experience with a comparably equipped QX50 suggests the QX55 will have swift acceleration.

The EPA rates the QX55 at just 22 mpg in the city and 28 mpg on the interstate, and our testing has not shown the QX50 to be any more fuel efficient. On our 75-mph highway fuel-economy test route, the QX50’s high-tech variable-compression engine only managed 27 mpg.

The cabin’s design and features are primarily carried over from the QX50, but the QX50’s quilted leather upholstery has been replaced by a more understated design by Infiniti. Faux leather upholstery is standard on the base trim, while genuine leather and semi-aniline leather will be available as upcharges.
