The highly anticipated Honda Elevate made its debut in the Indian market earlier this year. However, Honda has not yet announced the prices for the new car. Prior to the official price announcement, Munetsugu Kaneko, the Large Project Leader for Honda Elevate, has shared his insights on the new SUV.
Kaneko elucidates that the genesis of the Honda Elevate concept can be traced back to the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic. Envisioned as an urban freestyler, the Elevate’s purpose is to bestow individuals with heightened freedom. It strategically targets those drivers who embrace a bold, exploratory, and unrestrained lifestyle.
Exhibiting an SUV stance, the Honda Elevate accommodates the preferences of youthful drivers who seek a vehicle radiating a potent road presence. Its design, characterized by modern and sleek lines, contributes to its muscular aesthetic. The front fascia commands attention with an impactful grille that resonates with power. Meanwhile, the elevated beltline amplifies the car’s robust and substantial visual appeal.
Honda emphasizes that the interior of the Elevate offers a distinctive and comfortable space that distinguishes it from other SUVs within its segment. The cabin generously provides ample legroom, knee room, and headroom. The opulent interior is curated using opulent, premium materials that elevate the overall ambiance.
Balancing enjoyable driving dynamics with comfort, the Honda Elevate merges the art of performance and relaxation. Meticulously tuned powertrain, steering, suspension, brakes, and transmission collectively contribute to optimal performance. The vehicle additionally boasts class-leading maneuverability and elevated ground clearance. Even with the heightened ground clearance, the car remains committed to upholding Honda’s characteristic driving pleasure.
