Nissan Hyper Adventure concept revealed
Nissan has been unveiling a series of concept cars, with the latest being the Nissan Hyper Adventure, an electric SUV designed for eco-conscious adventurers. The Hyper Adventure features Nissan’s e-4ORCE all-wheel drive system, found in top-spec versions of the Ariya electric SUV and the seven-seater X-Trail SUV. This system employs two electric motors, one on each axle, allowing precise control of torque and braking for each wheel.
The Hyper Adventure also incorporates V2X (vehicle-to-everything) technology, which harnesses the car’s substantial battery pack to charge devices, power appliances, provide energy to homes (V2H), or even feed surplus power back to the grid (V2G).

The vehicle boasts a bold design with high ground clearance and short overhangs at the front and rear, improving its off-road capability by increasing approach and departure angles. Robust plastic bumpers and side cladding are also incorporated to protect the bodywork.
As a concept car designed to ignite creativity, the Hyper Adventure includes some unconventional features, such as its large gullwing rear doors, reminiscent of the falcon doors on the Tesla Model X.
Inside, the vehicle sports a steering yoke, a wraparound screen for the driver and front passenger, and a rear bench that can rotate 180 degrees, allowing occupants to look out of the rear – a useful feature for camping, skiing preparations, or scenic views.
The Hyper Adventure shares its angular and chiseled bodywork design with other recent Nissan concept cars, indicating that the brand may be considering a more daring design language for its future models.
This concept car is among several wild concepts Nissan will showcase at the Tokyo Motor Show scheduled for the end of October 2023, including the Nissan Hyper Urban crossover concept, as well as three others yet to be unveiled.
