Tata Nexon Facelift Fearless +S vs Creative +S vs Creative: Which One is the Best For You?

Tata Motors’ latest release, the sub-compact SUV Nexon facelift, has gained significant popularity in the country, leading to increasing waiting periods for this new SUV. To simplify the variant lineup and eliminate confusion, the company has introduced a new naming structure, replacing the old variant names with four straightforward variants and sub-variants.

A recent video, shared online, provides a real-life comparison of the three main variants of the 2023 Tata Nexon facelift. This comprehensive comparison, featured on the Motor Brain YouTube channel, involves four Nexon vehicles. The first car on the left is the Creative +S variant, followed by the Creative variant in red with a dual-tone paint job. The two vehicles on the right are both Fearless +S variants. Notably, all variants with “S” in their names come equipped with a single-pane electric sunroof.

Fearless +S

Following this, the presenter begins with a detailed look at the Fearless +S variant on the right side, showcasing the purple-colored car and highlighting the extensive features it offers with the new Nexon facelift. This variant includes LED headlights, LED fog lights, a 360-degree camera system, a new 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system, and a 10.25-inch digital instrument gauge cluster with navigation. Additionally, it boasts ventilated front seats, a wireless charger, driver and passenger side seat height adjusters, leather upholstery, and a center armrest.

Moving on, he introduces a different grey-colored Fearless +S variant in the video. He points out that the key distinction is that all Fearless +S variant cars, except for the purple color option, feature an all-black interior theme. Beyond the interior color, all other features remain consistent across all Fearless +S variants.

Creative +S

Continuing with the comparison, the presenter moves on to showcase the Creative +S variant of the Nexon facelift and outlines the features it lacks in comparison to the Fearless +S variant. He starts by noting that this variant does not include fog lights, a 360-degree parking camera, front parking sensors, and an exterior defogger.

Transitioning to the interior, he highlights that the Creative +S variant doesn’t feature the same 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system as the Fearless +S variant. Although it offers a screen of the same size, the bezels are noticeably thicker. Additionally, this variant is equipped with the instrument cluster found in the outgoing Harrier model, which lacks navigation functionality.

Moreover, the Creative +S variant doesn’t come with leather upholstery and instead features fabric upholstery. It also lacks a passenger-side seat height adjuster and ventilated front seats, distinguishing it from the features available in the Fearless +S variant.

Creative dual tone

In the final segment of the comparison, the presenter turns his attention to the interior of the standard Creative variant. He points out that this particular variant lacks the 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system, instead featuring the older 7-inch touchscreen display found in the Altroz model.

Additionally, the standard Creative variant does not include certain features like the center armrest and the new navigation-equipped digital instrument gauge cluster. The specific Creative variant shown in the video is the Creative Dual-tone model, identifiable by its white roof and white skid plate.
