The updated Tata Harrier is set to hit the roads soon, and it has been spotted testing multiple times in recent months. This premium mid-size SUV has long been due for a facelift, especially with the increasing competition in its segment since its initial launch. The upcoming SUV will feature significant aesthetic updates, including a redesigned front grille, bumper, headlamps, taillamps, alloy wheels, and more. Inside the cabin, expect a more modern and updated look. Interestingly, there are also rumors of an electric version of the Harrier in the pipeline, which might make its debut in the coming months.

The Tata Safari is essentially the 7-seat version of the Harrier, so you can anticipate a similar exterior and interior design, features, and powertrains. The primary difference lies in the addition of a third row of seats, significantly enhancing the SUV’s practicality. There have been reports indicating that dealerships have unofficially started accepting bookings for the Harrier at Rs 21,000 and the Safari at Rs 25,000. Additionally, an electric version of the Safari is expected to be introduced in the near future.

In addition to the Harrier and Safari updates, Tata Motors will also introduce the electric version of the highly popular micro SUV, the Tata Punch. The Punch has been a bestseller since its launch and has helped Tata secure over 80% market share in the mass-market EV segment. Tata has achieved this by converting its existing popular ICE (Internal Combustion Engine) cars into EVs, including the Nexon EV, Tiago EV, and Tigor EV. It is anticipated that the Punch EV will share similar specifications with the Tiago EV. These are the three Tata SUVs set to arrive in our market soon.
